Fantastic experience! First time using them and rhet were professional and reasonable. They were able to get out truck fixed on the fly and their service was awesome.
This shop should retrain their emissions techs. Passed my truck last three years and rejected yesterday because they didn’t like the welds on the catalytic converter. Went to the state of Colorado inspection place this morning and they said the cat is installed correctly and passed my truck. I have been using Chase for years but now I don’t trust them.
They have always been professional & courteous. Glad they now offer a consistent complimentary driver! That’s huge when service is going to take all day. And the addition of the security fence is great! A sad commentary but needed I’m sure. Thank you!
I was out of town and had car issues, Jason was able to fit me in with lead tech Melvin the next day. They were awesome to work with, trustworthy, and very reasonable pricing. Also provided a full diagnostic on the car (Hyundai) with a website showing all things wrong with the car with pictures and a description. Although I live 3 hours away from Chase Automative, they have my business for anything major in the future that goes wrong with my Hyundai or Ram truck.
What I like about taking my car to Chase Automotive is they keep track of service history and know when to suggest needed maintenance. There’s no pressure and they are very competitive with dealer prices, often times cheaper.Have always had great customer service and they drive me back to my house and make sure I have a ride (my own or their driver).Great place for dependable car care.
